Authorization on your behalf

By using OutLinked you authorize the OutLinked desktop and cloud services to act on your behalf in interacting with LinkedIn and third-party application-tracking systems (ATS), including viewing job postings, submitting applications, and reading verification-code emails delivered to mailboxes you have explicitly authorized.

Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for compliance with the terms of service of LinkedIn and any third-party platforms OutLinked interacts with on your behalf. You acknowledge that automated activity may violate those terms and put your LinkedIn account at risk.

No warranty

OutLinked is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantee that applications will succeed, that your LinkedIn account will remain in good standing, or that any particular job posting will be evaluated correctly.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OutLinked AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to LinkedIn account suspension, missed job opportunities, or lost data.
